The contract will be implemented under two packages, namely a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system works package and a building works package. The new SCC will replace the existing center, which was constructed in the last century and underwent several upgrades to meet network expansions. The existing SCC will be converted into an Emergency Control Centre (ECC) for use as a backup in case of emergencies.
