Evonik India Private Limited, a part of the German industrial group Evonik, has showcased its innovative polymer-based membrane technology, SEPURAN Green, for efficient purification of biogas at “E Bioenergy 2021”. The event was organised by the Indian Biogas Association in cooperation with the German Biogas Association and supported by the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce. SEPURAN Green, with its patented three-step membrane-based gas separation process, significantly increases the recovery of biomethane, with a purity level of up to 99 per cent.
