Tata Power-DDL launches chatbot Roshni to enhance digital experience of consumers

Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (Tata Power-DDL), which supplies electricity to a population of 7 million in North Delhi, has launched a virtual assistant named Roshni, with the objective of enhancing the digital experience of consumers. The virtual assistant has been designed to deliver a seamless self-service experience and enable faster resolution of consumer queries and complaints. The chatbot has both English and Hindi language capabilities. It is integrated with the company’s website, mobile app, WhatsApp number and official Facebook page.
