TPDDL announces the launch of virtual assistant for customers.

Tata Power-DDL (TPDDL) has launched a virtual assistant called “Roshni”.  The objective of this digital assistant is to enhance the digital experience of consumers.

Thefacilitieswhich are being offered by Roshni are: complaints related to power supply such as no current, voltage issues, street light related issues etc.; requests and information related to matters like meter reading and bill payment; updation of personal contact details; application for a new connection; schemes and offers for consumer benefit; information about request or complaint status; downloading duplicate bills. The consumers can avail services of Roshni by clicking on the pop-up on TPDDL’s website, through their WhatsApp number or their official Facebook page, thus reducing their dependency on call centre.
