WKTL will develop, operate and maintain a transmission system of 1,750 ckt km in Maharashtra, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh along with a 765/400 kV substation at Warangal. The company said the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission has provided regulatory approval. The lenders’ consent and other regulatory approvals will be obtained before the closure of the deal.
