The bonds have a tenor of 7.25 years with a fixed interest rate of 4.5 per cent per annum. ReNew Power plans to use the proceeds from the bonds for repaying outstanding debt. ReNew Power had earlier raised around $325 million through overseas green bonds at 5.37% and maturity period of 3.5 years.
