It is the first in-house solar plant of P&G in India and the fifth manufacturing site globally to house a solar plant. The power plant is spread over 16,000 square metres and comprises of nearly3,000 solar panels. It is expected to reduce the carbon footprint of P&G by approximately 1,030 metric tonnes annually.
