The two SPVs are Fatehgarh Bhadla Transco Limited and Sikar New Transmission Limited. The selection of Powergrid was done through tariff based competitive bidding (TBCB) for the selection of transmission developers in line with the standard bidding documents and guidelines thereof as notified by the Ministry of Power (MoP) of the Government of India (GoI).
