The Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) subsidiary PFC Consulting Limited has completed the process of incorporating Lucknow-based SPV company Mohanlalganj Transmission Limited as its wholly owned subsidiary. The amalgamation will help in the development of the transmission scheme for the construction of a 400/220/132 kV gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) substation at Mohanlalganj in Lucknow, with the associated 400 kV transmission lines. This will also help in the development of the associated 765 kV and 400 kV LILO transmission lines at the 765 kV GIS substation at Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, and 400 kV LILO (quad moose on monopole) at the 400 kV GIS substation in Sector 123, Noida.
