NTPC targets 60 GW RE installation by 2032

NTPC Limited plans to install 60 GW capacity of renewable energy (RE) as part of its plan to reduce net energy intensity by 10 per cent by 2032.

NTPC is India’s first company in the energy domain to declare its energy compact goals as part of UN High-level Dialogue on Energy (HLDE). NTPC has also declared that it will form at least two international alliances or groups to encourage clean energy research and promote sustainability in the energy value chain, by 2025.
