A 33/11kV 10 MVA substation has been commissioned under the Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS) in Nusso, Bandipora, Jammu and Kashmir.
The substation was sanctioned at a cost of Rs 38.5 million. It will benefit over 2,400 households in the areas of Nishat Bandipora, Baghi Bandipora, Nusso, Lankreshara, Papchan and the surrounding areas. The substation will also reduce the curtailment of power supply in the region. Further, the substation will ensure that the Ajar station gets relieved by 450 amps of electricity.
