A tariff of Rs 2.34 per unit was discovered which is lower than what the renewable energy (RE) industry was initially anticipating. Other bidders were ReNew PowerPrivate Limited, Hero Future Energies Limited, Adani Green Energy Limited, AMP Energy,Avaada Energy Private Limited, Torrent Power, and Tata Power Limited whose bids came in at Rs 2.40per unit or higher.NTPC and Ayana Power won 450 MW each, and Azure Power won 150 MW at Rs 2.34 per unit each. Azure Power also won another 300 MW at Rs 2.35 per unit.
