CESL launches electric two-wheeler sales scheme in Kerala

Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Central government entity Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), has launched an electric two-wheeler sales scheme in Kerala.

This is in line with the state government’s Electric Vehicle Policy, directing all departments to switch to electric vehicles instead of purchasing new fuel-based ones. The state also became the first to use the digital marketplace — MyEV — for reserving and purchasing electric two-wheelers with the roll-out.
