Adani Transmission Limited (ATL) has received a letter of intent (LoI) for acquisition of MP Power Transmission Package-II for Rs 12 billion.
The project was awarded to ATL under the tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) process. It will build, own, operate, and maintain the Madhya Pradesh transmission project for 35 years. The project consists of around 850 ckt km of transmission lines and air-insulated substations of various voltage levels (220kV and 132kV) in 18 districts of the state.
