After examining the capital and other costs submitted by the developed,HERC determined the capital cost of Rs 714.81 million, i.e., Rs 35.74 million per MW for the project.For operation and maintenance (O&M) expenses, HERC approved Rs 303,000 per MW with an escalation rate of 2.93 per cent annually according to the relevant provisions of HERC Renewable Energy Regulations, 2021.The project is located at Tosham village in the Bhiwandi district of Haryana.
