It has broken its own record of 0.545 million tonnes, within a fortnight. MCL has dispatched the highest ever 103 rakes of coal with 65 rakes coming from Talcher coalfields and 38 rakes from Ib Valley coalfields. The company has achieved an average dispatch of 0.517 million tonnes per day for the month of October 2021. The coal production, dispatch and overburden removal has registered growth rates of 26.5 per cent, 34.3 per cent and 71.7 per cent respectively in October 2021, as against the same period during the last financial year.
