A stakeholder consultation was heldjointly by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and SECI for this project. The participants included important project developers, original equipment manufacturers and gigawatt manufacturers. Potential bidders were assured of full cooperation and facilitation by government agencies. The participants are requested to submit their queries and suggestions on the draft documents by November 7, 2021. Based on the comments, the guidelines will be finalised and issued, followed by the publication of tender documents by SECI.
