ABB Power Products & Systems India has announced its rebranding as Hitachi Energy India Limited.
The move follows the recent rebranding of its parent company to Hitachi Energy. Formerly Hitachi ABB Power Grids, the business has renewed its purpose to ‘advancing a sustainable energy future for all’. Hitachi Energy aims to expand its portfolio to meet the needs of the evolving energy landscape in India and grow faster than the market. It continues to strengthen its position in the high voltage direct current space and raise the share of its transformers and grid automation business in high-growth segments such as rail and data centres.
