The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited bids from asset reconstruction companies, and other financial institutions to sell a non-performing asset (NPA) – KSK Mahanadi Power Company.
KSK Mahanadi Power Company has a total outstanding of over Rs 41 billion. With fund based outstanding of Rs 38.15 billion and non-fund based outstanding of Rs 2.87 billion, the company’s total loan dues towards SBI stand at Rs 41.02 billion. SBI has set a reserve price of Rs 14.23 billion for selling the NPA. The e-auction of KSK Mahanadi is scheduled to take place on December 31, 2021.
