The scope of work includes the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packing, forwarding, transportation, unloading, storage, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar projects, excluding solar photovoltaic (PV) modules supply. The successful bidder will have the responsibility to design and construct module mounting structures and install the modules interconnecting the systems. They must also provide module cleaning systems, including all accessories and a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for remote monitoring and control with all hardware and software. The last date to submit bids is December 31, 2021.
