The turbine-generator will be deployed at Unit-1 of the 2×660 MW Buxar Thermal Power Plant (TPP). The turbine generator has been dispatched to the project site from the L&T Hazira plant in Gujarat and is expected to reach the project site by the first week of March 2022. The first unit of the Buxar TPP is scheduled for commissioning by June 2023, while the second unit is likely to beoperational by June 2024.
