Shapoorji Pallonji and Company has sold 18.4 million shares of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) to Reliance New Energy Solar Limited (RNESL).
After the stake sell in SWREL, Shapoorji Pallonji and Company’s stake has come down from 42.76 per cent to 33.06 per cent. The number of shares held by Shapoorji in SWREL has reduced from 81.11 million to 62.71 million.
