Cypark Ref SdnBhd, Cypark’s wholly owned subsidiary, will serve as the turnkey contractor and project financier for the solar park at Mukim Sik, which achieved full commercial operation date (COD) status on January 1, 2022, ahead of schedule.Cypark Renewable Energy SdnBhd, will be in charge of the operation and maintenance of the facility for a period of 21 years.The solar facility is expected to contribute positively to future earnings and net assets per share of Cypark.
