Nigeria’s Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC) has commissioned 330/132/33 kV Lafia transmission substation in Nasarawa State.
The substation has been funded through the government’s National Integrated Power Projects (NIPP) scheme. The substation has been fitted with modern digital control and protection facilities and fully functional human-machine-interface (HMI) that improve real-time control of the substation’s components. The substation will help meet 240 MW of the load demand, which will boost Nasarawa’s power supply.
