The Power Foundation is a society formed under MoP. It aims to be the foremost policy advocacy body which would engage in national dialogues on power and allied sectors, providing authoritative analysis, data, policy recommendations, and real-world solutions to help states to provide secure and sustainable energy for all and to create pathway for India’s energy transition. It is patronised by leading power sector central public sector enterprises (CPSEs) of India such as NTPC Limited, NHPC Limited, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (Powergrid), SJVN Limited, Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), REC Limited, THDC India Limited and North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO).
