NTPC Limited has commissionedthethird part capacity of 42.5 MW of the Ramagundam floating solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Ramagundam, Telangana.
Earlier the company had commissioned the first part of 17.5 MW, and second part of 20 MW. With this, the total commercially operational power generation capacity of the project has reached 80 MW. The total project capacityof the Ramagundam floating solar project is 100 MW. With the addition, the installed and commercial capacity of NTPC group has become 68.61 GW and 67.95 GW respectively.
