Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RRECL) and THDC India Limited have signed an agreement for setting up solar park in Rajasthan.
The park will have a capacity of 10,000 MW and the development of the park will create 10,000 direct jobs. Notably, the state has added record 3,000 MW capacity of solar energy in the last financial year. Meanwhile in the past three years, the capacity of the state has increased by 6,552 MW.
