The government of West Bengal has agreed to construct a third pumped storage power plant at the Bandhunala project in Purulia. It was also determined that the project will be developed through a public-private partnership format. The announcement was made by JSW Group chairman at the Bengal Global Business Summit, which was organised by the state government.
