Adani Green Energy Limited’s (AGEL) management committee has approved the allotment of 20 million equity shares for Rs 38.50 billion to Green Energy Investment Holding RSC Limited.
The company will issue equity shares by way of the private placement on a preferential issue basis to Green Energy Investment Holding RSCLimited. The equity shares will be listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
