BSES power discoms in Delhi – BSES Rajdhani Power Limited and BSES Yamuna Power Limited – plan to install 5 million smart meters with a capital outlay of up to Rs 40 billion.
The tender for procurement of smart meters was floated on June 17, 2022. Execution of the smart meter installation is planned from October 2022 and expected to be completed by March 2025.
