The Chhattisgarh government plans to set up 1,320 MW thermal power plant (TPP) in Korba.
The plant will have two units of 660 MW each and will be based on super critical technology. The plant will be the largest such facility of Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited (CSPGCL) and will be built using ultramodern technique. Once the plant becomes operational, CSPGCLs’ generation capacity would increase to 4,300 MW.
