KEC International wins new orders worth Rs 11.08 billion

KEC International Limited has secured new orders worth Rs 11.08 billion across its various businesses.

The business has secured orders for transmission and distribution (T&D) and cabling projects in India, Middle East and Africa. These include a 400 kV transmission line order in India from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL); a 132 kV underground cabling order from a state utility in India; a 220 kV transmission line and tower supply orders in Middle East, secured by our UAE subsidiary; and a 330 kV transmission line order in Africa. The business has secured orders in the technologically enabled and conventional/emerging segments of railways in India. These include overhead electrification (OHE) for metro – order for OHE, auxiliary power supply, supervisory control and data acquisition system and associated works; train collision avoidance system (TCAS) – order for signaling and telecommunication works of TCAS under ‘Kavach’ in consortium; composite – order for doubling of tracks and associated civil works. In the oil and gas pipelines business, it has secured an order for laying of cross-country pipeline and associated works in India.
