Gujarat-based Goldi Solar is planning to invest Rs 50 billion to expand its module manufacturing capacity to 6 GW.
At present, the total module manufacturing capacity of its plants in Pipodara and Navsari, Gujarat is 2.5 GW. The investment plan includes setting up cell manufacturing units, which the company plans to begin from the April-June quarter of 2023-24. The cell manufacturing capacity will subsequently be increased to 5 GW.
