Reportedly, Prime Minister will inaugurate the 600 MW Kameng hydroelectric power (HEP) project in Arunachal Pradesh.
The HEP project has been executed by North East Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) at an estimated cost of Rs 80 billion. Apart from this, he will also inaugurate the greenfield Hollongi Airport at Itanagar, which is the first airport to be established in Arunachal Pradesh’s capital city. Reportedly, a solar power plant of 150 KWp will be installed soon, to use renewable energy.
