Partners Group AG, a Switzerland-based private equity firm, reportedly plans to invest USD 300 million in Sunsure Energy for a majority stake.
Partners Group AG plans to expand Sunsure as a green energy platform, on the lines of Actis Llp’s development of renewable energy platforms Sprng Energy and Ostro Energy. Sunsure focuses on large-scale rooftop and open-access solar plants that supply electricity to the commercial and industrial segments.
