Salasar Techno Engineering Limited has, reportedly, bagged orders of about Rs 7.50 billion from Pashchimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited.
The work orders are for the development of distribution infrastructure for loss reduction in Bulandshahar, Hapur, Baghpat, and Meerut districts of Uttar Pradesh under the revamped distribution sector scheme (RDSS). The orders in Hapur and Bulandshahar are worth Rs 4.04 billion, while in Meerut and Baghpat, the orders are worth Rs 3.45 billion. The orders will be executed over the next 24 months.
