NTPC Limited has started commercial operations of the second part capacity of 50 MW out of 300 MW Nokhra solar photovoltaic (PV) project at Bikaner in Rajasthan.
Notably, the first part capacity of 100 MW has already been declared on commercial operation with effect from December 20, 2022. With this, the standalone installed and commercial capacity of NTPC will reach 58,259 MW, while the group installed and commercial capacity of NTPC will stand at 70,874 MW.
