Amp Energy India has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) for a 200 MWp wind-solar hybrid project with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI).
The developer was awarded this capacity as part of SECI’s 1.2 GW hybrid wind-solar tender (Tranche-V). Amp Energy will build and operate the capacity, which will be linked to the interstate transmission system. According to the tender document, it can set up the project anywhere in India. With the signing of the PPA, the company’s hybrid portfolio accounts for 600 MW.
