As per the draft, the generating station shall submit their declared capability along with ramp rate and minimum turndown level for the next day on D-1 by 6am. Regional load despatch centres (RLDCs) would prepare the entitlements and declare the share of each beneficiary by 7 am. The energy charge rate/compensation charge to be considered for SCED shall be submitted by the generating stations on a monthly basis. The day ahead market (DAM) shall be cleared by 1pm and power exchanges would convey DAM results to national load despatch centre after clearing of market.
