Bajaj Electricals Limited’s engineering, procurement, and construction business segment (power distribution) has been awarded contracts worth Rs 5.65 billion for supply of goods and services by South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (SBPDCL) under Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme.
The scope of work involves supply of plant and installation services, for development of distribution infrastructure of electric supply circle Sasaram (Rohtas and Kaimur districts), and Munger (Munger and Lakhisarai districts) of Bihar. The projects will be completed within 30 months from the date of issue of contracts.
