Power Mech secures orders worth Rs 7.20 billion

Power Mech Projects Limited has secured orders worth Rs 7.20 billion.

Anorder worth Rs 1.62 billion has been secured for distribution works under revamped distribution sector scheme for Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited, Khargone Circle, Indore in Madhya Pradesh, and railway electrification of 25 kV overhead equipment works, Mysuru Division, Karnataka. Another project worth Rs 1.06 billion has been secured for balance erection works and refurbishment of 2×525 MW Monnet Ispat (Jindal Steel and Power Limited) in Angul, Odisha. Further, the company has won several projects totalling Rs 900 million which involves operation and maintenance of complete sea water intake system at 702 MW combined cycle power plant of GSPC Pipavav Power Company Limited, at Pipavav, Gujarat; mechanical maintenance services of turbine – generator and auxiliaries and balance of plant for 5 x 660 MW Tiroda Thermal Power Plant of Adani at Tiroda, Maharashtra; mechanical maintenance of boiler and auxiliaries for 6×660 MW Sasan ultra mega power projects of Reliance Power at Sasan; and steel pipeline laying and associated works of city gas distribution networks for west bengal cluster, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, West Bengal. Aadditionally, it has secured an order worth Rs 3.62 billion for the construction of a government medical college and hospital for Uttarakhand Pey Jal Nigam Limited.
