AVEVA has signed an MoU with Petrofac to accelerate digital initiatives in the energy industry. The agreement will see AVEVA cooperate with Petrofac on the digital transformation of the end-to-end supply chain system, including engineering cataloguing, procurement, site material control and construction planning, and support the implementation of Petrofac’s net zero targets using AVEVA’s sustainable engineering solutions. Under the MoU, Petrofac will also explore the deployment of AVEVA enterprise resource management and AVEVA process simulation in its engineering delivery services, while replacing legacy in-house and third-party solutions.
