Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited has announced that its corporate name has changed to Kalpataru Projects InterÂnational Limited, following the receipt of approvals from shaÂreÂholders and regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The name change is effective from May 22, 2023. The new name reflects the company’s well-diversified engineering, procurement and construction businesses, and its global presence.
