PFC Consulting Limited has incorporated two new special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for development of independent transmission projects.
The two SPVs are Bikaner III Neemrana Transmission Limited and Neemrana II Bareilly Transmission Limited. The former has been incorporated for development of Transmission system for evacuation of power from Rajasthan REZ Phase-IV (Part-1: Bikaner Complex) Part-A; and the latter is for development of Transmission system for evacuation of power from Rajasthan REZ Phase -IV (Part-1: Bikaner Complex) Part-D.
