Michelin Group has inked a power purchase agreement (PPA) with CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Private Limited for supply of renewable energy.
The first long-term open access PPA for Michelin’s factory at Thervoykandigai will increase its use of renewable energy from 11 per cent to 37 per cent, and account for a reduction of 11,712 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually.
