Afghanistan’s state-owned power utility, Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS), has inaugurated the Chamtal substation in Balkh province, costing USD800,000.
This marks a crucial step in providing electricity to the region, benefiting 5,000 families – with immediate power access for 1,200 families and to the remaining 3,000 families in the near future. This development reflects DABS commitment in improving infrastructure and services across Afghanistan.
