Power Mech Projects Limited has secured two contracts valued at Rs 6.25 billion. The first contract worth Rs 2.29 billion has been awarded by Hindustan Zinc Limited for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of a 2×91.2 MW captive power plant (CPP) in Dariba, Udaipur, Rajasthan. This O&M contract is set to span six years, including control room operations.
The second contract, valued at Rs 3.96 billion came Vedanta involves completing balance work on a 2×600 MW ACPL thermal power plant located in Singhitarai, Chhattisgarh. The scope of work encompasses condition assessment, overhaul, erection, testing, and commissioning assistance for the boiler, turbine, and generator in Unit-1 and Unit-2 of Vedanta’s project site. This contract is expected to be concluded within 18 months.
