The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has notified the CERC (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
The latest draft regulation suggests removing Section 17 from the principal regulation. According to the accompanying explanatory notes, this decision was taken to avoid unnecessary disputes. The commission has sought comments, suggestions, on the draft regulation, by October 1, 2023.
