KPI Green Energy Limited has acquired a 99.90 per cent stake in KPark Sunbeat Limited.
This strategic move aims to consolidate the solar power projects within the KP Group into a single entity, i.e. KPI Green Energy Limited. The primary objective of this acquisition is to harness the advantages of scale, allowing the company to efficiently allocate resources and work towards the ambitious goal of achieving a combined renewable energy capacity of 1,000 MW by 2025.
