PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has established Gola B-Ramgarh Transmission Limited as its wholly-owned subsidiary to execute a transmission project in Jharkhand. The newly formed special purpose vehicle (SPV) is dedicated to develop an intra-state transmission system in Jharkhand. This system includes a 400/220/132/33 KV substation at Gola-B with associated transmission lines and a 220/33 KV substation at Ramgarh with associated transmission lines under Package-B (Jharkhand) for DVC. PFCCL has been designated as the bid process coordinator by the Ministry of Power, for the selection of a developer through tariff-based competitive bidding for independent transmission projects.
